All our jewellery is individually crafted using genuine precious metals, with care and attention given to every detail of the design and manufacturing process.

While we do not offer an additional lifetime warranty, we stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. Any concerns relating to a potential manufacturing or workmanship defect will be assessed by our team and addressed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

What is covered?

Manufacturing defects or faults in workmanship will be assessed on an individual basis. This may include issues relating to the construction, soldering, settings or finishing of a piece.

Should a genuine manufacturing defect be identified, we will assist with the appropriate remedy.

What is considered normal wear and tear?

Fine jewellery is made to be treasured and worn, but it is not indestructible. Over time, everyday use can naturally affect the condition and appearance of your jewellery.

Normal wear and tear may include:

  • Surface scratches, dents and general wear to gold.
  • Worn or damaged chains and clasps.
  • Loose stones or worn claws resulting from everyday use.
  • Damage caused by accidental impact, pulling, snagging or bending.
  • Damage resulting from improper care or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Such damage is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect and may require chargeable repairs following assessment.

How can I protect my jewellery?

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:

  • Removing jewellery before swimming in chlorinated pools or the sea.
  • Avoiding direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions and cleaning chemicals.
  • Removing jewellery before exercising, weight training or participating in sports.
  • Avoiding wearing delicate chains and jewellery while sleeping or showering.
  • Taking care when dressing, undressing or brushing your hair to prevent chains, clasps and settings from catching.
  • Storing each piece separately to prevent scratching and tangling.

We also recommend periodic professional inspections to ensure stones, settings and clasps remain secure.

What if my jewellery needs attention?

We are always happy to assist with the care and maintenance of your Leesha Fine Jewellery pieces. Should your jewellery require cleaning, polishing, repairs or a setting inspection, please contact us for an assessment and quotation where applicable.
